Bagpiper John Rose

John Rose has been playing the Bagpipes for over 15 years and is a Grade III EUSPBA ranked Piper and the business manager for Knoxville Pipes and Drums. He was the Former Pipe Major of the Grade V Knoxville Pipes and Drums and Vice President of the Smoky Mountain Highland Games and directed all piping and drumming for Smoky Mountain Highland Games.
His extensive resume includes: Played half time show on Neyland Field Played for Dolly Parton annually for the Dollywood opening Piped open the Tennessee Fireman Academy Spot on “How it Works” Nationally syndicated TV show Official piper for “Boyd’s Jig in Reel” pub in Old City Knoxville. He music is a unique and beautiful addition to any event!
